Foreigners who have been granted temporary stay in the Kingdom or hold a non-immigrant visa include:

Dependent Visa (Non-O)

Volunteer Visa (Non-O)
If a foreign national stays in the Kingdom for more than 90 days, they are required to report their residence to an immigration officer every 90 days. If there is an immigration office in the area, they can report to the officials at that office. Any foreigner who stays beyond 90 days without reporting their residence to the officials or reports late must report in person and pay a fine of 2,000 Baht.
Additionally, if apprehended for any reason, they must pay a fine of 5,000 Baht. This is in accordance with Section 37(5) of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
